An excellent opportunity for an individual to specialise in personal, corporate or a mixed tax role has arisen in Manchester, providing career progression, long term development and opportunity to develop skills. The firm is a growing and highly regarded firm of chartered accountants and the partners, senior managers and team are searching for a key individual to become an integral part of the firm’s future development. Reporting to the Tax Manager, duties will prepare tax returns and advise on tax liabilities. The client base encompasses professional partnerships, sole traders and company directors, along with corporate tax exposure. You will have opportunity to build good working relationships with clients and encouragement and support to further your career in new skills, advisory and planning opportunities. Applicants should have experience in practice either in corporate, personal tax or a mixed general practice capacity and should be able to demonstrate strong IT and communication skills. You may be a tax specialist or more generalist accountancy practice professional with a strong interest in specialising in tax. The successful candidate should ideally be ATT/CTA/ACCA or ACA qualified.
