Imperium Financial Recruitment is an exciting fairly new Financial Recruitment Business run by a team of professionals with over 60 years of combined industry experience. We service the Accountancy & Finance sectors and have ambitious plans to expand our offering.

Based in Altrincham in Cheshire, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit for a Financial Recruitment Consultant servicing the Northwest marketplace on a transactional and part-qualified basis. The role comes with a genuine prospect of future Partnership for the right individual.

· Starting salary of £25k to £30k (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

Job Role:

· Business development, lead generation, cold calling, client meeting’s, account management, expansion of existing business

· Meeting and sourcing candidates through the market, networking events, headhunting, researching on LinkedIn, shortlisting on job boards

· Maintaining candidates and clients to ensure the best outcomes are met

· Full 360 process to ensure that the firm’s reputation is built upon

The Person:

· If you have 2 years plus experience, in the Accountancy & Finance sectors, and have a strong client base and billing record are looking for a more ambitious, rewarding and lucrative business please apply

· If you are commercially focussed, or you’ve an entrepreneurial flair, committed, focussed self-starter
