Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IVA Manager to join a rapidly growing and well-established IVA business based in Stockport. This role is ideal for a hands-on IVA professional who has a strong understanding of the full IVA lifecycle, from MOC through to closure, and is confident managing teams, processes, and performance within a fast-paced environment.

The Role
As IVA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the IVA department, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and in line with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in driving performance, improving processes, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full IVA process from Meeting of Creditors (MOC) through to closure

• Oversee and support a team of IVA Case Administrators and/or Senior Administrators

• Ensure cases are progressed in line with internal SLAs and regulatory standards

• Monitor workloads, performance, and KPIs across the IVA team

• Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and creditor queries

• Maintain high standards of compliance with Insolvency regulations and internal procedures

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and case progression

• Work closely with senior management to support business growth and operational objectives

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in an IVA Manager or Senior IVA role

• Strong end-to-end knowledge of the IVA process, from MOC to closure

• Confident managing teams and driving performance

• Excellent understanding of IVA compliance and regulatory requirements

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
