Position Overview:
As an IVA Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of IVA cases while receiving training and exposure to corporate insolvency, including bankruptcies, CVLs, and administrations. This position is ideal for someone looking to build their career in corporate insolvency, with support and mentorship provided by experienced insolvency practitioners.
You will take on a varied workload, ensuring the smooth administration of IVAs while developing your skills and knowledge in corporate insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:
- IVA Case Management: Oversee a portfolio of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), managing the process from start to finish.
- Training in Corporate Insolvency: Receive training and exposure to corporate insolvency processes, including bankruptcies and CVLs, with opportunities to assist in case management.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for IVA clients, creditors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
- Compliance: Ensure all IVA cases comply with statutory regulations and deadlines, while learning to handle corporate insolvency compliance and reporting requirements.
- Development Opportunities: Take advantage of training to build expertise in corporate insolvency, working closely with senior practitioners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience managing IVA cases.
- Strong interest in corporate insolvency and a desire to expand into bankruptcies and company liquidations.
