🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead onboarding for clients moving to TPS
✅ Translate insolvency processes into system requirements
✅ Investigate issues and provide product feedback
✅ Support testing, documentation, and training
✅ Collaborate across tech, support, and onboarding teams

🎯 You’ll Need:
✔ Experience in insolvency (case admin, cashier, or IP)
✔ Strong grasp of UK insolvency procedures
✔ Great communication and problem-solving skills
✔ AAT/CPI (advantageous)
✔ IPS Cloud knowledge (a bonus – training provided!)
