You’ll play a key role in handling a varied corporate insolvency caseload from start to finish, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and more. Perfect for candidates looking to progress their career in a supportive and well-established firm. 🌟
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Managing your own caseload of corporate insolvency files
✅ Drafting reports, preparing statutory documentation, and dealing with creditor queries
✅ Supporting Managers and IPs with case strategy and progression
✅ Attending meetings with directors, creditors, and stakeholders
✅ Using IPS or similar insolvency case management systems
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1+ year experience in an Insolvency Administrator role
✔️ Good working knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
✔️ CPI qualification is a bonus, but not essential
✔️ A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
