Are you a senior-level Conveyancing Solicitor ready to take the lead?
This is a rare opportunity to head up the Conveyancing Department of a dynamic, newly established law firm that’s on a mission to redefine legal excellence in the property and financial sectors.
Our client is a forward-thinking practice with a strong foothold in short-term lending, bridging finance, and distressed property transactions. They are looking for a commercially astute and ambitious Conveyancing Partner to drive growth, lead a team, and help build a standout department from the ground up.
✨ Key Responsibilities:

Leading the conveyancing team, setting strategic direction and ensuring exceptional service delivery

Managing high-value and complex transactions across real estate sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and distressed properties

Mentoring junior staff and fostering talent development

Collaborating with other departments to offer holistic legal solutions

Driving innovation and maintaining compliance with industry regulations
🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor with senior-level conveyancing experience

Background in complex real estate and distressed property work (preferred but not essential)

Proven leadership capabilities and strategic vision

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills

An existing client following is advantageous but not essential
