Business Development Manager-Insolvency

My client is a leading corporate recovery and insolvency business based in the Manchester. To help with continued growth, they require an individual with experience in Corporate Insolvency to spearhead their drive into the Corporate Insolvency sector. Working within a pre-existing framework, the role holder will be able to develop a business presence in the local area to provide corporate work for the Insolvency Practitioner. Existing knowledge of Corporate Insolvency will be essential, whilst any additional Personal Insolvency knowledge would be beneficial. Experience of speaking with or meeting Company Directors, in order to assess problems and identify appropriate solutions, will be key. The successful role holder will also be experienced in managing a caseload of Liquidations, Administrations and Corporate Voluntary Arrangements.
