💼 The Role
We’re looking for a talented Bridging Finance Solicitor (1 year PQE+) to handle a varied caseload of high-value transactions from start to finish. You’ll work on fast-paced residential & commercial property matters – from acquisitions to refinancing – with the support of an experienced, collaborative team.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing bridging finance transactions from instruction to completion.

  • Handling freehold & leasehold acquisitions, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.

  • Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and related paperwork.

  • Liaising with brokers, lenders, valuers, and clients.

  • Providing compliance oversight and ensuring regulatory standards are met.
