About the Role:
A growing firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Manchester City Centre is seeking an experienced LPA Receivership Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the firm’s expanding LPA Receivership division, managing a portfolio of cases and providing expert support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of LPA Receivership cases, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Appointing and working closely with valuers, agents, and solicitors to ensure efficient property management and realization strategies.
  • Conducting thorough initial reviews to assess property values, rental income potential, and legal considerations.
  • Overseeing the collection of rental income and addressing tenant-related issues.
  • Preparing reports and documentation in line with compliance requirements and client expectations.
  • Liaising with lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including Insolvency Act and property laws.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the LPA Receivership process.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking and supporting the firm’s growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in LPA Receivership and property management, ideally within an insolvency or property-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of insolvency processes, property law, and regulatory requirements related to LPA Receiverships.
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as RICS, IPA, or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
