Imperium Financial Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading Manchester-based IVA volume provider that is looking to appoint an experienced IVA Sales Manager / Call Centre Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven sales leader with experience within the IVA, debt solutions, financial services, or contact centre sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing and developing a team of 30+ IVA Advisors and Team Leaders
✅ Driving sales performance and achieving departmental targets
✅ Coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews
✅ Monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvement strategies
✅ Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
✅ Producing management reports and analysing performance data
✅ Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience managing a large sales or contact centre team
✔️ IVA, debt solutions, insolvency, or regulated financial services experience
✔️ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and coaching abilities
✔️ Commercially focused with a passion for developing teams
