Imperium Financial Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly successful IVA provider in Manchester that is looking to recruit an experienced IVA Meetings of Creditors Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience within IVA administration who is looking to join a growing business offering genuine career progression and long-term stability.
🔹 The Role
As an IVA Meetings of Creditors Administrator, you will play a vital role in progressing cases through the proposal and creditor meeting stages, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Preparing IVA proposals and supporting documentation
✅ Managing cases through the Meetings of Creditors process
✅ Liaising with creditors regarding voting intentions and modifications
✅ Negotiating creditor modifications where appropriate
✅ Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines
✅ Maintaining accurate case records and internal systems
✅ Providing regular updates to clients throughout the process
✅ Working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and internal departments
✅ Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements
🔹 The Ideal Candidate
✔️ Previous experience within IVA Administration
✔️ Experience handling Meetings of Creditors cases preferred
✔️ Strong understanding of the IVA process
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
✔️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
